How do I Order?

There are two ways to place an order

1) The easiest way to order is through Etsy. Most items will be available this way. Click the "Shop" tab to take you there

2) The second way to place an order is to email me at bowsandflowsboutique@gmail.com if you have a custom order request or would like to order an item that has not been listed on Etsy. I can only accept paypal with this method.

When Can I expect My Order?

Typically orders take about 1-2 weeks to before they are shipped depending on the time of year. If you're unsure if an item will arrive in time for a specific date please email me to ensure delivery in time. 

Payment Options:

I accept both credit card and Paypal as forms of payments through Etsy. If you are placing an order through email then I can only accept Payapl.

Shipping:

I ship all items through the USPS Priority Mail. It typically takes 2-3 days after I drop it off at the post office to get to you.

Shipping costs $6 for each item and $2 for each additional item.

What is the Return Policy?

Due to the customized nature of my products returns will not be accepted. If you are unsure about an item before ordering please email me any questions and I will answer them as quickly as possible.
